Dr. Stan Hoover, a Crittenden County native, began his tenure as Executive Director on January 2, 2007. He is a committed life-long learner, and has been actively pursuing his graduate education since 1985. He holds graduate degrees from Murray State University, Patriot University, and Andersonville Theological Seminary. He is a retired IRS agent and has extensive experience in accounting, corporate and business planning, personnel management, and many years of on the job training in state and federal regulations. He also has over thirteen years of college and university teaching experience as an adjunct instructor in accounting, taxation, mathematics, and business classes. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979. Dr. Hoover's deep roots and commitment to the community also include two terms as a member of the Crittenden County Board of Education, and a term as a City of Marion councilman.
He is very emphatic when he states, "The most important attribute that I bring to the job is a love and affection for Crittenden County and a strong desire to see it grow and prosper."

Jeremy Wheeler, a 1999 graduate of Crittenden County High School, holds a BS in Business from the University of Kentucky, was name Education Director in 2010.
After high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where his record of distinguished service includes the National Defense Medal and the Presidential Service Badge.
The Education Director assists middle and high school students with college and career planning, recruits and market the programs of Madisonville Community College in the area, and coordinates community education programs for the Ed Tech Center.   Wheeler says his goal will be to help students understand the importance of continuing their education beyond high school in order to be competitive in today's job market, improving college attendance rates of students in the school district and increasing the educational level in the region.

Dorothy Winn, a native of Crittenden County, is a graduate of Draughon's Business College. Mrs. Winn was the office manager for David Wiggington State Farm Agent for ten years prior to taking time off to raise her daughter. She returned to work as secretary/treasurer of the Marion United Methodist Church and joined our staff as Administrative Assistant in December 2008.

Along with being administrative assistant, Mrs. Winn also serves as web liaison with the CCEDC web developer, publishes a newsletter, designs office publications, and handles bookkeeping for the organization.
